We’re Moving!

The photo that sold our house

“You’re getting three offers on your house!” our realtor said over the phone.  We couldn’t believe it!

Four weeks ago we decided we would list our house and if it sold we would move to Duluth.  We listed the house Thursday.  On Monday we had three showings and all three made an offer.  Tuesday we compared offers and accepted an offer for more than our asking price!

Our realtor in Duluth said “that’s amazing – a friend of mine in Bemidji said the market is soft!”

We were thinking we would be writing a letter to tell you that we were putting our house on the market and you could pray for us!Instead, we’re writing to let you know that we sold our house.  What have we learned? God must want us in Duluth.

Two years ago, when Brian took the Area Director position we knew there was a possibility that we would be moved.  Brian’s area includes the schools north of St Cloud (Brainerd, Bemidji, Duluth/Superior, etc). bukmeker am  With a staff team in place at Bemidji State, we can move to focus our energy on building a staff team in the Twin Ports (Duluth/Superior) where there are four campuses without a staff.

By moving this summer we also hope to decrease travel for Brian and increase the staff presence for students in the Twin Ports.  Sandi can continue in her role as an administrator in Duluth as well. online nyerőgépes játékok ingyen

We have a closing date on our house of July 2.  That’s fast!  We ask for prayers to find a house in Duluth and that we would have a smooth transition.  Especially pray for us to rebuild community at church and in our neighborhood. vegas kaszinó online

Pray too for the Bemidji staff team as they assume new roles and for the new interns who are headed to BSU to learn.

Thank you for all of your support!  We’ll keep you posted.

    Hi Sandi,
Since I left Bemidji 5yrs ago, Iam a keen reader of all the mails you post online.
Thanks for updating us (me) on the arrival of each baby Calista, and now Elam. I pray that they may grow to be God fearing just like their parents.

Your latest mail about your plan to move to Duluth, has triggered this nostalgic mood of Bemidji. I remember coming to that house for some prayer meeting or something.
I wish you all Gods blessings as you start a new life in Duluth. I will remember to pray for you and family during this transition.
    Bye and Be Blessed
